PROMULGA
IL SEGUENTE TESTO E NE AUTORIZZA LA PUBBLICAZIONE IN TUTTI I LUOGHI DELLA NAZIONE ED AGLI ORGANI DI INFORMAZIONE INTERMICRONAZIONALI COMPRESI I NOSTRI ALLEATI. LA LEGGE A VIGORE 24 ORE DOPO LA PROMULGAZIONE E CONTESTUALE PUBBLICAZIONE.

Art. 1
Che Con Tale Atto Si Ratifica In Data 23/03/2012 Iltrattato Di Amicizia E Mutuo Riconoscimento Tra Il Sovrano Militare Ordine Romano Adrianeo E La Repubblica Di Lostisland.
Art.2
Il presente decreto sancisce l’inizio di validità del trattato dopo 24 h dalla sua promulgazione momento dal quale esso produrra’ effetti sui rapporti tra le due Nazioni stipulanti.
Art. 3
Si alllega come “ allegato A” al decreto copia del trattato siglato e vidimato da entrambi le nazioni .

IL RECIPROCO RICONOSCIMENTO QUALI ENTITA’ STATALI MICRONAZIONALI
ED IN BASE A TALE DECISIONE
DELIBERANO
Di stipulare un Trattato di Amicizia, cooperazione e di riconoscimento reciproco, come prova di buona volontà esistenti tra la REPUBBLICA DI LOSTISLAND ed il SOVRANO MILITARE ORDINE ROMANO ADRIANEO (S.M.O.R.A.), e di avviare quindi relazioni diplomatiche ufficiali, condividendo i seguenti punti:
Art.1
Entrambe le Nazioni si riconoscono reciprocamente e nella loro interezza, come Micronazioni giuridiche e costituzionali, Sovrane ed Indipendenti.
Art. 2
Le Nazioni stipulanti si impegnano a riconoscere ed a rispettare reciprocamente i rispettivi valori fondanti, da cui sono scaturiti i propri simboli, territori, istituzioni ed i sistemi giuridici. Si impegnano altresì a non interferire reciprocamente nella politica interna e nelle scelte in politica estera, di entrambe.
Art. 3
Le due Parti si impegnano, con la stipula del Presente, ad avviare ufficialmente relazioni diplomatiche bilaterali, aprendo un’Ambasciata nei rispettivi territori, fisici o virtuali. Nelle suddette sedi diplomatiche sarà esposta l’immagine della bandiera dei paesi firmatari (vedere l’allegato A), il loro indirizzo E-mail e il link al Sito Web ufficiale o altre pertinenze virtuali o reali.
Art.4
I due Soggetti firmatari, si impegnano a collaborare, nei limiti del possibile, per il raggiungimento dell’obiettivo comune di primaria importanza, ossia il maggior riconoscimento di entrambi, in ambito internazionale, come Stati Sovrani e Indipendenti.
Art.5
Le Micronazioni stipulanti si impegnano a collaborare nel campo sociale e culturale; a tal fine, ognuna delle due potrà avvalersi, in base al presente Trattato, della facoltà di usufruire dell’opera intellettuale o reale, di componenti o dirigenti dell’altra Nazione, previo esplicito consenso degli organi preposti di quest’ultima.
Art.6
Entrambe le Nazioni si impegnano reciprocamente a rendere pubblica la firma di questo Trattato sia alla propria cittadinanza che a tutte le altre Nazioni, attraverso i circoli diplomatici presenti nelle rispettive pagine informatiche/web.
Art.7
Entrambe le Micronazioni riconoscono nel dialogo e la diplomazia, gli strumenti pacifici adatti per la risoluzione delle controversie tra i popoli; si impegnano altresì a fornire appoggio diplomatico reciproco, in caso di attacchi ingiustificati di qualsiasi natura, ad una di esse.
Art.8
Riconoscono la libertà quale strumento democratico per l’autogoverno dei popoli, il rispetto delle
identità nazionali e delle scelte religiose, umane, sociali, politiche e culturali.
Art.9
Condannano ogni forma autoritaria di governo e di persecuzione, che sia in violazione dei diritti umani di ogni cittadino.
Art.10
Il presente Trattato può essere soggetto a variazione, previo consenso di entrambi le parti.
Art.12
La rescissione di tale Trattato può essere unilaterale, ma motivata e comunicata preventivamente all’altra Nazione.
Art.13
Le nazioni stipulanti si impegnano di usare periodicamente lo spazio web assegnato denominato “Ambasciata”. Se questa funzione non verrà osservata il trattato sarà considerato nullo .
Art.14
Per le controversie sarà di riferimento la copia in italiano.

THE SENATE MAGNUM of the SOVEREIGN MILITARY ORDER of the ROMAN ADRIANEO
REPUBLIC OF LOSTISLAND
SHALL ESTABLISH MUTUAL RECOGNITION STATE entities SUCH AS MICRONATIONAL LANGUAGES and according to that DECISION,
ACTING
Art.1
To conclude a Treaty of friendship, cooperation and mutual recognition, as proof of goodwill existing between REPUBLIC OF LOSTISLAND and the SOVEREIGN MILITARY ORDER Of The ROMAN ADRIANEO (S.M.O.R.A.), and then start formal diplomatic relations, sharing the following points:
Art.2
Both Nations recognize each other and in their entireties, as legal and constitutional Micronations, sovereign and independent.
Art.3
The Nations undertake to recognize and respect each other’s core values, which has produced its own symbols, territory, institutions and legal systems. We also undertake not to interfere with each other in domestic politics and foreign policy choices.
Art.4
The two parties undertake to initiate bilateral diplomatic relations, officially opening an Embassy in their respective territories, physical or virtual. In these embassies there will be shown the image of the flag of the countries that are signatories (see Appendix A), their email address and the link to the official WEB site, or other real or virtual appliances.
Art.5
The two Party signatories undertake to cooperate as far as possible in order to achieve the common goal of primary importance, namely the greater recognition of both, internationally, as sovereign and independent.
Art.6
The Micronations stipulate to undertake cooperation in the social and cultural fields; to this end, each will have, in accordance with this Treaty, the ability to ask to use the intellectual work, or of components thereof of the aforementioned work of the other nation, prior expressions of consent are required.
Art.7
Both countries reciprocally undertake to make public the signing of this Treaty to all other Nations through diplomatic circles present in their computer/web pages.
Art.8
Recognition of both Micronations in dialogue and diplomacy, and the peaceful means for the settlement of disputes between peoples; also undertake to provide mutual diplomatic support, in case of unjustified attacks of any kind to either of them.
Art.9
Recognize democratic freedom as an instrument for self-governance of peoples, respect for national identities and religious choice, human, social, political and cultural.
Art.10
Condemn every form of authoritarian Government and persecution, which is in violation of human rights of every citizen.
Art.11
This Treaty may be subject to variation, the consent of both parties.
Art.12
Termination of this Treaty may be unilateral, but reasoned and communicated in advance to another nation’s .
Art.13
The signatories undertake to use periodically assigned web space named “Embassy”. If this feature will not be observed the Treaty will be considered void
Art.14
Disputes will be referred to the copy in Italian.
